Helpdesk
The Business Security helpdesk offers our local partners and direct customers qualified technical support and problem management. All incidents are reported to our Validation Centre that keeps track of all incidents through our support system. If needed our support teams works on the incidents, together with the R&D engineers until they are solved, referring the problems to top-level management if necessary.| direct email: |  |
