We provide an efficient support structure to guarantee smooth operation of our solutions in our clients' environment.
Our policy is to maintain a continuous contact with the client in a long-term perspective. We offer remote and on-site
technical support services to most places where our clients are located. Client follow-ups, maintenance, fault localization,
product repair, product and technology upgrade are available. The life expectancy of our crypto solutions is longer than
average however communication technology changes. Therefore our clients are presented with the possibility to upgrade their
security systems to meet new technical challenges. Every client is also offered a customized service level agreement (SLA)
during and after the warranty period. Our clients can specify support services that address the nature of their security
needs beyond our standard service level agreement.
